lockdown Chinese cuisine series. part:1.

1.Szechwan cuisine is a form of Chinese cuisine originating from Sichuan ribal. It has bold and vibrant flavours, particularly the pungency and spiciness flavours are mainly found in this cuisine by using of a good amount of garlic and chili peppers, as well as the unique flavour of Sichuan pepper.
By the influence of schezwan cuisines today I am making schezwan fried rice and i personally prefer lemon sesami chicken as a complimentary with this preparation. 13/8/2020.
